Owen Moorhouse is based in Sydney, Australia. He has sailed boats for more than 70 years, starting with a self-built Vee Jay. In the 1940s he built canoes for long distance adventures which included canoeing New Zealand’s remote Wanganui River in 1949. He currently sails Sandpiper on the east coast of Australia.
